Kindergarten & New First Grade Registration
ANNOUNCEMENT OF KINDERGARTEN and
NEW FIRST GRADE REGISTRATION
FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2010-2011
Swansea Public Schools announces kindergarten registration, vision, hearing, and developmental screening for children who will be five on or before August 31, 2010. Registration will be held on March 15, 16, and 17th. Also, students who plan on attending 1st grade, who have not previously enrolled, should register at this time. A child must be age 6 by 8/31/10 to be eligible for 1st grade.

Mission Statement
Gardner School is an integrated elementary school. The overall goal of our program is to help each child develop to his/her fullest potential through an effective education. This goal is based upon a secure mastery of basic skills, complemented by scientific exploration, artistic creativity, physical education, and the integration of technology into the curriculum.
